Best fresh salsa recipe?

I just brought in a good crop of tomatoes and thought I would try my hand at salsa. Not being from America I am not all that familiar with it. Any recipe suggestions? Preferably without cilantro. But something good with a lot of heat as I have some great hot peppers.

Assuming you want it fresh and will not be canning it...

Keep it simple
Tomatoes
Peppers
Onion
Lime
Cilantro

I guess you can omit the cilantro.
