Fried Chicken!

I know this is a grilling and smoking forum....but man I made some good fried chicken last night! Injected it with a creole/butter and jalapeno liquid and put a paprika and garlic dry rub on it.

I have a similar setup to deep fry turkeys on Thanksgiving. I'm going to have to try this for chicken, looks real good.
