I entered our first annual family Easter bbq cook off. I used Johnny Trigg's recipe(except for the rub) and the 3-2-1 method. They turned out great. The winner had 5 different meats in his box, so naturally we have to have some sort of rules now. lol. I had many compliments on the flavor. Even from people that normally don't eat ribs. They actually had more glaze then what I wanted. They cut really well. Didn't just fall off the bone. I think a professional judge would've appreciated that part of it. It was fun, and the ribs didn't last long!
