This week I finished up some pistol cartridge inspection/inversion blocks. These are used in the ammunition manufacturing process.

Currently, I’m working on a new machine to add to the lineup. This is a small, bench top ammunition packing machine that handles 300 cartridges/cycle. This will suit smaller operations, gun ranges or customers wanting to handle specialty cartridges.

This is the flagship ammunition packing machine. It packs 1800 rounds of ammunition in a few minutes.

I have a rifle packing machine in the works. Last week, I cut a piece that will become a plug for a mold to be used in a rotary cast resin process. The 3D surfacing for this part took over 12 hours to complete on the CNC router. Plenty of hand work to be done on this part in the future.

It's been super busy around here. 7 days a week for a long time now. I'm working on finishing up a project for a customer in Montana, and then I'll be starting on a large package for a customer in South Africa.

These are some inspection blocks I've been machining for 357 Mag, 44 Mag, 44 Special and a few other long, rimmed pistol cartridges.

Introducing SoloPack. This is a compact ammunition packer for smaller operations or specialty cartridge handling. It packs 300 rounds of 9MM/cycle.

Taking a break from complicated things this week before Christmas. Some Anti-Antifa components being machined.

I bought a small powder coating system for the ‘Defense Grips’. This is much easier than the previous coating method I was using and more durable.

Another VersaPlate ammunition packer headed out for duty. This one is going to S. Africa.

It's been super busy around here for the past few months. We have been steadily building ammo packing machines. About to start the next round of machines in a few days.
