Smoking the Buck Board Bacon this morning over apple wood coals at 225 degrees for 8 hrs.
Made 2 buttermilk pies, 1 for us & the other for our neighbors.

Continued working on the greenhouse windows... the low ones are hard on the back so I'm taking a lot of breaks.
Fed the cattle, then put out another roll of hay & 2 mineral blocks.
Worked on troubleshooting Mrs. Ranch's computer... it's been 'locking up' recently (I don't think it's not the RAM related). I did notice some video issues, so I installed a proprietary driver instead of the one installed by the operating system. We'll see if that corrects the problem.

The honey pot crew came & cleaned out the septic tank so I'm currently refilling it with fresh water. Waiting on the new septic system guy to show up to do a complete system check.

Finally finished removing the old chalking from the greenhouse windows so I could reapply the new chalking.
Prepped & smoked a very lean bottom round roast for Dieter's snacks.

Took Mrs. Ranch's jeep in for an oil change, lube & yearly state inspection. Then topped of her fuel tank.
Did the weekly shopping (stocking up in the event things get stupid). Dieter's got a 4 month stash of food so he said he's good.
