Primed & painted 3 window valence frames for Mrs. Ranch's new window treatments.
Fed the cattle.
Went to pick up 1 case of frozen pierogies that finally arrived.
We spent the afternoon sitting on the porch drinking margaritas & watching the hummingbirds swirl all around us. Life is good sometimes.

Made bread.
Refilled the hummingbird feeders.
Cut the grass... it was bad.
We spent another afternoon sitting on the porch drinking margaritas & watching the hummingbirds. The temperatures have been good for doing that...

I just finished mowing also.......Plowed through it kinda......Now off to work for the night.........
Same here. Clumps of grass everywhere, LOL!!! It got away from me due to the rain, but it could have been worse.
I don't miss working & neither will you. Hang in there, the light is at the end of the tunnel!!!

Making a 3 slot cigar mold today. Caught a good rain on Friday.

Received 0.25" of rain this afternoon.

I decided to buy some leaf tobacco so I could test out my skills and the cigar mold. Not too bad for my first ever cigar.

We’ve had some good rains over the last 7 days. The drought is over for us at the moment. Amazing how fast everything greened up but there are still a few places in the yard that will have to recover.

Continued drilling the stone for the re-installation of the shutters. Most of the holes today were into rocks with a high quartz content so I only got 1 pair up.

It'll be a cold day in hell before I'd ever consider paying that much for ANY truck.

Found me a new to me truck. 2019 F150 stx 4x4. 35,000 miles and very clean......

Watered the porch pots & hanging baskets.
Fed the cattle.
Prepped the smoker for the ribs. They're now on over post oak & apple wood coals running 230 degrees. I'll throw on some baked potatoes later & Mrs. Ranch is making brussel sprouts from the last fall's garden.
