While I not an attorney, I did have sex with one once (just kidding, I don't do snakes), LOL!!!

The current "owner" could/should be charged with 'Receiving Stolen Property'. According to section 31 of the Texas Criminal Code, receiving stolen property is considered theft. Texas law considers you responsible for the stolen property even if you did not steal it from its original owner, but rather bought it from someone else.
Do you know which subsection that is stated?

Trimmed off the excess foam sealant from the well house & applied a 2nd coat of primer.

Couple of friends came & repaired the water supply line to the guest house. Apparently the dry soil contracted enough to separate this segment of pipe at a coupler. Many thanks to both of them!!!

Dipped the metal hardware from the porch cooler in Osphate prior to painting.

Picked up another load of cattle feed.

Put up 4 more hummingbird feeders as their numbers are increasing.

How about some more garden humor???

Spoke to the insurance company that is taking possession of the shotgun. It looks like they are going to sell it back to me. At what price? I'm not sure yet. BTW, this is a Franchi SPAS-12 shotgun and has a selector that you can choose pump or semi-auto. It is the one Arnold Schwarzenegger used in the movie Terminator.

Applied the 2nd coat of paint to the body of the porch cooler. When it was dry, I put all the hardware back on it.

Fed the cattle & put out another roll of hay.

Started shredding the front pasture.

I was sitting on the back porch with Dieter watching the hummingbirds & saw a Scarlet Tanager sucking on one of the hummingbird feeders.

The number of hummingbirds has increased exponentially, so I put up an additional 6 feeders. Also refilled the empty ones, as they are sucking them down pretty quick.

Watered the porch pots & hanging baskets.

Brought up a bucket of potatoes & washed them for Mrs. Ranch.

Watered the front trees, porch pots, hanging baskets & all the Crape Myrtles.

Refilled the hummingbird feeders. I had some leftover 'go-go juice' so I put an additional feeder up.

Painted the bucket for underneath the cooler.

Made 2 big peanut/sunflower seed blocks for the peckers & redbirds.

Refilled the hummingbird feeders as needed.

Fed the cattle & out out another roll of hay.

Put the seed blocks from yesterday into the dehydrator to finish curing.

Put the PVC fittings on 5 more brass ball valves. These are for the irrigation system.

Went to the dentist.

Refilled the hummingbird feeders as needed.

Watered the porch pots & hanging baskets.

Started a loaf of sourdough bread that I'll finish tomorrow.

Received 0.05" of rain. We wished it was more, but we're thankful for what we got.
