Watered the garden, asparagus, stuff in the greenhouse & all the trees.

Cut 16 molasses tubs down into rings that I will use to line the holes that our grandson dug for us. He has 8 more holes to dig & then we'll install them.

Finished cleaning the 'rug' that Dieter likes to lay on in the garage & the rug runner for the foyer.

Made individual Easter breads, 2 for us & 4 for our daughter's family.

Yesterday I received a set of S.S. 'racing disks' that I installed on the wheels of the Defender since the base model we got came with plain steel wheels (I didn't want the fancy aluminum wheels because they're hard to clean). Later, I'll run it at 45 mph & over some rough terrain to make sure they stay on... If they work out, I'll have them powder coated flat black in a couple of weeks. They give the Defender a much cleaner look.

Trimmed up the green pepper plants.

Watered the stuff in the greenhouse, porch pots & hanging baskets.

Now it's family time... daughter said the Easter bread was a big hit & that it should become a family tradition. Like Mrs. Ranch, she had never had it before, LOL!!! I grew up in a different world & food culture than they were ever exposed to...

Grandson came down & started weeding the garden & then fed the cattle for me.

Watered the garden, asparagus, front trees,Crape Myrtles, stuff in the greenhouse, porch pots & hanging baskets.

Trimmed up the jalpenos. Also cut back the chives & the cuban mint.

Took the Defender for a ride to check the 'speed disks'... unfortunately I'll be returning them ASAP, as they fell off in the pasture.

Raining here this morning (0.64" thus far). I guess my plan to cut the grass is on hold, so...

Ran up to McCoys & picked up 12 sections of 1 1/4" PVC pipe to elevate the tables in the greenhouse. I got them all cut to length. I'll finish tomorrow.

Ranch I believe you and I have the same type of septic system. I forget, what do we pour into it? Clorox?
